We have bought several appliances from Best Way over the years. It is always friendly and personal service. They match the big store prices, but you can't put a price on the difference in service!! I would pay more just for the personal touch.

Had a great buying experience with Best Way. We had a very knowledgeable salesperson that was patient and not aggressive at all. We gave the worn out, "we'll think about it" then left with no last high pressure tactic from him at all. Went out to our car, thought about it... involving considering a small size, then went back and bought our new mattress. Great small town service from the delivery crew.
