I had an amazing experience at BESTWAY! I recently bought a stove from them, and everything from start to finish was smooth and stress free. Mr. Kolb was fantastic, professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. He made sure I got exactly what I needed and answered all my questions without any pressure. I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the service. Highly recommend BESTWAY and especially Mr. Kolb.
Could not have been a better experience. Walked in the door and a young man met me and began explaining my options. Almost immediately the owner Michael came and introduced himself - from start to finish it was a perfect experience. Love to do business with a local person that really cares and wants you to walk happy with a great product at a great price. MJ - I will definitely be back for a mattress next visit! Had a wonderful experience at Bestway in Ruston, La. Purchased a nice recliner and a 21 cubic ft. Standup freezer. Staff was very helpful and nice people. Glad I got to meet them. Would like to recommend this business and look forward to shopping there again.
Great experience at Best way as always. The best in customer service. My family has been doing business with Michael and Michelle for over 25 years, Bestway is the best in customer service and having the knowledge on all their products.
Called the store and got in touch with Micheal about needing a fridge today! The one I wanted was not in stock in store, however he offered to send a fridge for me to borrow until the new one came in! Best Way is the best way to go in furniture and appliances around here.
