Alex was very quick to respond. Coordinated everything via texts. Very knowledgeable about moving extra long items and came with moving equipment. Many people assume is just lifting heavy things but Alex knew how to angle things to avoid damaging floors or walls. Worst experience of my life. I needed a move from a 1 bedroom 1st floor to another 1 bedroom 1st floor 0.7 miles away. I was quoted $350, however after loading up and arriving to the new location they threatened to drive off with my stuff if I didn’t pay $500 in cash right then. I spoke to Alex on the phone prior to and during the move and got 2 separate personalities. The thing that bothers me the most is the crew that showed up to move.
