Held my furniture for 33 days. Boxes were smashed and full of sawdust and bugs. King bed hardware was in one of my boxes so they couldn’t set it up, I had to spend the day trying to do it myself. Pick up driver said I was way over, had to Venmo $1500 personally to driver. Drop off driver was rude and wouldn’t take anything off the truck till I signed and paid. Total bait and switch, total rip off!!!! Can’t trust reviews, obviously they are all fake!!!

Charged me 500 dollars not letting me know anything bout the move being less than that or try to tell me or warn me that I can atleast get business or try elsewhere if it’s not gone be that long smh waste of money place n not very communicative at all who they hire

This is my second time using Best Price Movers. They are very professional efficient and their estimated hours and cost are accurate. I will continue to use them for any future moves.

Hidden fees alert! I called to request the quote and they only told me the hourly rate. When I paid the deposit, I found there was an additional fuel fee. Surprise one. The moving was completed in three hours, but on the final bill they charged a traveling fee on top the three-hour labor and the fuel fee. Surprise two. Looking into more detail, they also charged me a credit card fee. Surprise three. The guys helping the move were nice. But no hidden fees? That’s false advertising. The actual movers were wonderful- courteous efficient and fast. Wish I could have hired them directly. Best Price doesn’t communicate. They are a broker and take no responsibility toward the move. Very disappointed.
