Hidden fees alert! I called to request the quote and they only told me the hourly rate. When I paid the deposit, I found there was an additional fuel fee. Surprise one. The moving was completed in three hours, but on the final bill they charged a traveling fee on top the three-hour labor and the fuel fee. Surprise two. The actual movers were wonderful- courteous efficient and fast. Wish I could have hired them directly. Best Price doesn’t communicate. They are a broker and take no responsibility toward the move. Very disappointed.
