My experience was over the phone this staff member deserves recognition. Nina was incredibly helpful in finding an item out of stock for me and made the effort to call back when it was in stock I was so happy and pleased with the level of effort she made she was so kind and friendly! Definitely an asset to the company. Thank you

Was at this DISGUSTINGLY, horrible store. Saw this women with white hair, spoke about her other staff members. This is a disgusting look for the store, I hope the staff members find out.

I usually have a good experience shopping at Best and Less Wetherill Park. Unfortunately, while Christmas shopping a staff member yelled at my Autistic child. Like most Autistic people shopping can be an overwhelming experience. While shopping he became overwhelmed and quietly sat down. The staff member thought it was appropriate to speak directly to my child and tell him to get up. As an adult she should speak to me not my child. I will not be shopping here again.

Staff were very nice and helpful. It says Best and Less but things are getting expensive everywhere so not cheap but still good quality.
