BesTitle has a great team that is not only consistently quick but also professional ensuring smooth transactions.
I've been in real estate since 1993, and they weren't the worst title company of my life, they were the worst company of any type. Completely incompetent, our closing was delayed - twice, and the proceeds were not received for almost a week. In the end, three of their forms were never signed. If you are forced to use WorsTitle, I recommend that you simply don't move.
