I ordered some chairs for an event and had a great experience with this company. My sales rep was very helpful and my shipment arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. I will be returning to buy more chairs again!
Chairs lost, late and damaged. Terrible customer service
Only written a few reviews ever on Google. Either exceptional or abysmal service is what it takes to compel me to spend me time writing one. In this case, it was the latter. Ordered four chairs from BestChiavari. Simple chairs. White, folding, with a padded seat. They arrived and clearly were used. They actually have dirty fingerprints on them, and some splattered mud on the bottom. My assumption is someone ordered them for an event and then returned them. Stay away!!! Shipment arrived bad with internal damage and company will not fix or discount the product. Also affiliated with company call Belnick.
