BestBuy uses a cheap indian furniture supplier for some of their mattresses, and when the mattress has notable defects in less than 12 months, the supplier is incredibly difficult to work with. They took weeks to come and view the faulty mattress and messed me around by reorganising the viewing multiple times. When they finally viewed it, they initially admitted there was an issue, then lied about the condition and location of the mattress to refuse warranty via email.
