I spent $4,000 with this company. Before I purchased the machine I was told that they would help me install the machine and the software and that it was compatible with what I was using. Great communication and support until I received my machine......and they got my money, then the tables turned, NO support-NO help. NO communication. Horrible company! I would NEVER purchase from these crooks again!
I ordered my Hotronix Heat Press on May 3, 2021. I went with Best Blanks instead of the manufacturer because their website said "IN STOCK READY TO SHIP" right on the page of the heat press I wanted. I went through finance and got all approved. The paperwork from them said 3 week delivery. I thought this was just part of the form and that since it was "in stock" it would come sooner. Having had a bad experience with this company when it was bought a year or so ago, I'm happy to report that customer service has been recently outstanding, especially with Linda. If there's a problem with your order, she will stand behind you and make it right. Because of this, I can say I'll still be a customer (and have been for 15 years). One star taken off because I wish I wasn't having any problems to begin with...
INCREDIBLE Service! We worked with Linda Murray, who was incredibly patient, extremely knowledgeable, and provided education on the Printer and Heat Press that we purchased. If you are looking for over the top service - look no further!
Order says it was delivered But I never received it. They aren’t responding to messages either!!! Terrible
