Our subcontractor ordered stainless steel panels from the other side of the country. The order received was incorrect, and the missing panel was holding up our entire project -- the floor tiling, the rest of the HVAC work, installation of equipment, etc. We called Best-Way with our fingers crossed hoping they would help us keep our commercial project on track.
