I went into Best Value Jewelry & Pawn a few days ago looking for a decent gold chain and ended up having a really good experience. The staff was chill and didn’t pressure me into buying anything expensive. They answered my questions straight up and even showed me a couple options that fit my budget better. Worst experience I ever had with this company, they lied about a price on the phone, also stated they were going to close early so that ANOTHER worker can go to another job. But it was 4 people here at the time. They are the most rudest people I ever meet, I then came in store where I was rushed out about a price on a specific item.. I asked to speak with a manager everyone looked crazy when I asked for a manager but told me the name after…. Nice clean and organized set up on the inside. Melanie very was honest and transparent about an issue regarding a product and offered to thoroughly test games etc!
Bought a vintage guitar I have been looking for. Everybody was very nice to deal with over a few different visits. The guitar needs a good amount of work but is worth it and they worked well with me to work out a deal. They had some other guitars, including a very nice Taylor. .
Great experience all around! Melanie and Daniel were welcoming, patient, and very knowledgeable. They made everything smooth and enjoyable. Pip did an outstanding job on my jewelry repair. Pricing was fair, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for both jewelry purchases and repairs!
