I travel for work, I visited this store while in town looking for a decent fishing rod and reel, the two guys in the store were extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately the item purchased was damaged. I wish I would have noticed it while in the store but I sadly did not. The store refused to help me out with the issues. Live and learn.
