We ordered 400 copies of color flyers on October 24, 2025, for our non-profit organization. The order has already been delivered today (October 27, 2025) with UPS ground shipping. Great job! BTW, we have been using Best Value Copy since 2017.. :)
Five stars means perfect. Although I’m satisfied with the items that were printed, I am more inclined to give the five stars because of their customer service. I made an error in the type of file I submitted for printing. Best value called me to clarify my request, correct the error, and still got my order expedited and sent in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure to work with a company that is accountable, and that responds immediately to emails. Thank you Best Value.
very fast and great customer service
Can't say enough good things about how pleased I was on my very first order. There was a glitch on my side and they reached out to me immediately and fixed it. Order arrived in just a few days and the quality is 100% better than any other on line printer I have used. There was way too much color saturation for my home printers to handle even with premium papers. They printed it perfectly with absolutely crisp color and no bleed through.
