I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I ordered copies to make rosters for an organization. I made a mistake when I put in the details of my order and paid double when I placed the order on-line. Best Value noticed the error, contacted me to let me know and immediately refunded the difference. The job was done quickly. The quality was excellent. When I finished my project, I even had a couple of copies left over. I will definitely be using Best Value Copy for all of my copy needs in the future.
Very disappointing experience. The advertised quick shipping was inaccurate, and the order only shipped after I followed up. Materials arrived damaged, with smudged pages and bent edges, and the job was trimmed despite a clear request for no trim. Customer service was dismissive and required me to return unusable, misprinted materials rather than taking responsibility. I would not recommend this company.
Highly recommended! This company has such great service beyond my expectations! I placed a small order for printing a few booklets, but they treated me with amazing attentiveness and helped me navigate through paper options and design tweaks. The final prints were top-notch, shipped promptly, and the pricing was the best I've found anywhere in NY. Customer service is genuinely friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this company. I used them for my multiple page Christmas letter and it was affordable even in color!! Local print shops (FedExKinkos/Stapes/Office Max) were at least twice as much. Also copied a cardstock project for work with multiple pages collated. Excellent work and very promptly delivered. I would definitely use them again!! I've already recommended them to others!
