We are very pleased with Dennis and Best Value Blinds. This is a small family business. Dennis measures the windows and installs the blinds himself. We had a very specific type of blinds we wanted: top/down-bottom/up, motorized, and blackout for bedrooms. Not all companies have blinds with all these features. We did hit some obstacles with two defective blinds when they first arrived. Dennis immediately had new ones shipped in.
