Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Best Tugs is a great company making impressively well made American products. I bought a Bravo 5 tug and I'm very happy and satisfied with the purchase. Sure, they may be priced higher than others but one will quickly recognize the engineering excellence and craftsmanship that went into these products. I have now purchased 3 Bravo Model Tugs from this company. Easy to work with on customization and pricing. Airplanes change and we have been able to customize tugs after the fact to meet our needs. Customer service is always top notch helping us with customization or support. Paxton is always helpful and the best to work with! Great, honest company!
We have a Romeo series tug, and had a few initial QC issues but Best Tugs addressed our concerns. They stand behind their product in the event of an issue and furthermore with that being resolved, we are left with an exceptional tug. Definitely recommend!
