Overall, very happy with the tug itself. Works great and easily handles my SR22. Unfortunately, I’m not as pleased with the company’s support or backing for their new batteries. I received my A3 tug a year ago, watched the videos and followed their manual to the letter. I use my tug about 5-6 times a month (I never run it down … only 60 feet push/pull), leave it on the smart charger between uses, and in a climate controlled area. The name says it all, they truly are the BEST in the business. I have 2 different model tugs and they are both oustanding.
• I reached out about a year ago to Best Tugs and spoke with Paxton about what I was looking for to move my Pilatus PC-12. Paxton was very helpful and before long, I had a R12 tug on the way to Denver. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Best Tugs is a great company making impressively well made American products. I bought a Bravo 5 tug and I'm very happy and satisfied with the purchase. Sure, they may be priced higher than others but one will quickly recognize the engineering excellence and craftsmanship that went into these products.
