Sure, they may be priced higher than others but one will quickly recognize the engineering excellence and craftsmanship that went into these products. I have now purchased 3 Bravo Model Tugs from this company. Easy to work with on customization and pricing. Airplanes change and we have been able to customize tugs after the fact to meet our needs. Customer service is always top notch helping us with customization or support. Paxton is always helpful and the best to work with! Great, honest company!
We have a Romeo series tug, and had a few initial QC issues but Best Tugs addressed our concerns. They stand behind their product in the event of an issue and furthermore with that being resolved, we are left with an exceptional tug. Definitely recommend!
Nice tugs but poorly designed in some aspects. Especially the turntable. They use tiny bearings that fall all over the place when you take it apart. The bearings wear out the steel deck and then fall out. Not great. The big tugs are painfully slow.
