Had an outstanding experience BEST Transportation. Was a wedding reception. Pickup at the reception venue and transport to a local Casino. Best Showed up on time and left the venue as schedule and arrived at the casino on time. Daughter said the bus driver showed great care and concern for the guests safety. Would gladly use BEST Transportation again.
Five stars don't do justice for the service provided by BEST Transportation, and their name, BEST, only begins to describe the experience. Our comfort and service were of great importance to our driver; he served more as a coachman, footman and gracious driver. He was a part of the reason the day was so memorable.
BEST Transportation is truly the BEST! They made the entire planning process through the end of day drop off seamless and stress free. I couldn't be happier that we went with them and will absolutely be using them for any transportation needs in the future. Our account manager Heather and driver Maceo were truly fantastic!! Cannot recommend them enough!
Used BEST Transportation from the airport. Our flight was delayed extensively due to bad weather. BEST kept in touch with me the whole time and assured me my driver would be there. They were true to their word. Very late night pick-up! Our driver, Arsen, treated us courteously and we were at our destination quickly. We used STL Best Transportation for our wedding day, and they truly lived up to their name! The bus was spotless and comfortable, and our driver was professional, punctual, and incredibly kind. He helped make the day run smoothly and stress-free. Everything from start to finish was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!
