Used BEST Transportation from the airport. Our flight was delayed extensively due to bad weather. BEST kept in touch with me the whole time and assured me my driver would be there. They were true to their word. Very late night pick-up! Our driver, Arsen, treated us courteously and we were at our destination quickly. Arsen was also nice enough to stop at a convenience store for us. We also used BEST to drive us from St. Louis to Kansas City. Our driver, Maceo, spent 4 hours with us. We used STL Best Transportation for our wedding day, and they truly lived up to their name! The bus was spotless and comfortable, and our driver was professional, punctual, and incredibly kind. He helped make the day run smoothly and stress-free. Everything from start to finish was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!

Working with Heather and Christine has and continues to be a seamless process. They are quick to respond to requests for proposals, always willing to hop on a call and discuss logistics for events in which there are many vehicles involved in the schedule, and assure we have the driver information we need to allow for on-site communication. BEST Transportation was fantastic from start to finish! Booking was super easy, and their team was responsive and helpful in coordinating all the details. On the day of our wedding, everything went perfectly with the shuttle service—so smoothly, in fact, that we didn’t even hear a word about transportation from any of our guests, which is always a great sign! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, stress-free wedding transportation!
