I have been riding them for over 10 years, back when they were EMTA. I have had mostly positive experiences with them, only negative ones now and then. But recently I had to deal with an issue that I had dealt with them before, dropping me off on time at the Sayre VA clinic before their van leaves for WB VA at 8. They know they leave at 8, but yet they didn't drop me off on time, and I had to still pay for services that did not do what they were supposed to. They tell people were they going to pick u up at my husband and I were at the hospital today saw the bus drive by we end up walking ♀️ home
