Bought some tile for a bathroom renovation. Experience itself was great, staff is very helpful. However, when our contractor opened the boxes and laid it all out to cut, the tiles were clearly from a different dye lot. Was told that this was not their fault, so we were stuck either purchasing more tile or installing as is. Super bummed to pay hundreds of dollars for inferior product.
