When I first walked into Best Tile, I was frankly overwhelmed and anxious - this place is so big! I didn't have much time to shop before close, but I was able to work with Kimberly to find the perfect tile for my bathroom renovation. I told her what I had envisioned and she guided me through the showroom to point out different tiles that might meet my needs. Bought some tile for a bathroom renovation. Experience itself was great, staff is very helpful. However, when our contractor opened the boxes and laid it all out to cut, the tiles were clearly from a different dye lot. Was told that this was not their fault, so we were stuck either purchasing more tile or installing as is. Super bummed to pay hundreds of dollars for inferior product.
