This store has a beautiful selection of tiles and the staff is fantastic. I worked with Jess to design a master bath. She is awesome: extremely patient, kind and talented. I wanted tiles that were different, not cookie cutter, that were subtle and beautiful -- I got them with Jess' help. One word of advice: let Jess pick the grout too! I had a big mess dealing with a poor grout choice (nothing that Jess or Best Tile were involved with), and had to go back to Jess who rescued me with the right color.

Thanks to Best Tile Falls Church my remodeled bathrooms are well...the best! The baths are now so pretty because the staff has great taste in coordinating and envisioning floor, wall and niche tiles (plus grout, thresholds, and shower curb). Jess was my main contact and she was patient with my questions and a special order, and Heather and Lydia's input also made me feel confident in my decisions. As a 30 year old single adult, I’ve always struggled with decorating and designing my apartment by myself, especially the tiles. I got all the help I needed from BestTiles and the staff was super nice and helpful. The results are amazing and I’ve been getting more action than ever now, and no date leaves in the morning without complimenting my tiles (no pun intended).
