My first time there. Excellent, professional service plus very good selection of quality tiles of all kinds.
Best Tile in Falls Church has customer service that goes above and beyond. Our tiles we slightly delayed and they made sure we got them in time for our project. So grateful to Madison in the show room and to Larry the driver for going the extra mile! Our tiles our beautiful and you helped make our project run smoothly!
We used Best Tile Falls Church for our small bathroom renovation and are extremely grateful to Jess Rose for her expert guidance. The bathroom is windowless, and we wanted to brighten things up, while still having some character. The result is spa-like and beautiful. Also, our project was delayed several months because of contractor issues, and Jess kindly checked in periodically to offer assistance during the delay. Highly recommend this store - and Jess in particular!
