Best Tile in Falls Church has customer service that goes above and beyond. Our tiles we slightly delayed and they made sure we got them in time for our project. So grateful to Madison in the show room and to Larry the driver for going the extra mile! Our tiles our beautiful and you helped make our project run smoothly!
We used Best Tile Falls Church for our small bathroom renovation and are extremely grateful to Jess Rose for her expert guidance. The bathroom is windowless, and we wanted to brighten things up, while still having some character. The result is spa-like and beautiful. Also, our project was delayed several months because of contractor issues, and Jess kindly checked in periodically to offer assistance during the delay. Highly recommend this store - and Jess in particular!

Great selections!
We visited Best Tile at Falls Church yesterday, looking for tiles for a special project at our home, we had already been to multiple tile vendors and were about to give up as we could not find what we were looking for. We found a very good selection of makes, textures, sizes, and quality of tiles which we had not seen in other places there. We also had expert advise from Jess who was very patient with us and walked us through the various choices. Highly recommended,
