Undoubtedly the best selection of beautiful, and high quality, tiles at reasonable prices. Jess was highly knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and provided A+ service. Wife and I went to several ‘tile’ stores in Northern VA and purchased tiles; we then happened to go to Best Tiles and were so amazed that we returned the tiles and purchased from Best Tiles. Would highly recommend you try them first!

Best Tile in Falls Church has customer service that goes above and beyond. Our tiles we slightly delayed and they made sure we got them in time for our project. We used Best Tile Falls Church for our small bathroom renovation and are extremely grateful to Jess Rose for her expert guidance. The bathroom is windowless, and we wanted to brighten things up, while still having some character. The result is spa-like and beautiful. Also, our project was delayed several months because of contractor issues, and Jess kindly checked in periodically to offer assistance during the delay. Highly recommend this store - and Jess in particular!
