Went in for massage with lower back pain. Got a good massage everywhere else shoulders, neck, upper back, legs etc but therapist basically avoided the sore area

Had a terrible experience here. Purchased a voucher on groupon two weeks before and they refused to use the voucher despite the fact that I called in the morning to make an appointment and made them aware I would be using the groupon voucher. They wasted my time and I am very disappointed with how they dealt with this issue.

Horrible experience. The place was cold, dirty, and had no music—just loud noise the entire time, which made it impossible to relax. I booked a relaxing massage, but it was anything but that. I mentioned twice that the pressure was too strong, but nothing changed. It was actually painful. On top of that, the staff didn’t even say goodbye when I left. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I booked a hot oil and hot stone massage for two, and overall, I was disappointed with the experience. While the ambiance was pleasant and I enjoyed the warmth and sensation of the hot oil and stones—especially as it was my first time trying this treatment—the massage itself fell short. I’ve had much better massages elsewhere in terms of technique and effectiveness. My mother also had a massage and, unfortunately, found it quite uncomfortable.
