I made an appt for today at 11am with Christina. I spent 15 min trying to find parking and paying the meter which was a block away in the rain. I walk to the office in the cold/rain and it's dark and closed at 11am (my appt time). I called a couple times leaving a message and no return call. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!! I understand things happen but no phone call or anything to let me know what was going on. Worst business! I filed with them, was told a $700 fee. When my taxes came they upped the price to over $900 and took $1100 out of my account. Now CHRISTINE is giving me the run around, and I’m told I can only get $200 back. SCAMMERS FOR REAL!!!!!

I stopped by to get my taxes looked at. Was helped by Tom, he was very professional and explained everything regarding my taxes very clearly to me. 10/10 will come again next year!
