The clue is in the name. Best Solicitors could well be numero uno when it comes to drafting a will. Myself and my wife we're dealt with by the simply wonderful Alicia, who was on hand to make the whole experience as easy as it possibly could be, by being on hand to answer any questions we had and put our minds at ease with her professional but compassionate nature.
Would highly recommend Best Solicitors, they were always available to answer any questions that I had. Would definitely use them again
One of the main things 'we' as customers require is good/speedy communication. I can't fault my Solicitor Ian in any way at all. Kept me Informed of progress and answered my emails in a timely manner. Thank you Best Solicitors.
They don't help with defamation of a character so can't exactly call them best solicitors. This conclusion had taken them a full 7 days to conclude and respond which has caused me time wasted and setbacks. The lady I was talking with on the phone was very rude and ended the phone call when I requested her name. Overall I'm very disappointed and annoyed with the way I was treated when trying to source help and advice with this matter. (Hence 1 star) I do not recommend.
