Ben was really great to work with. Really helpful, easy to work with and honest. If you’ve ever tried to buy a shipping container from one of those scammy brokers out there, then you’ll appreciate the difference in buying one from Ben. He picked up the phone, met us at the site 30 minutes later, helped us load and was just an all around great dude. 10/10 would purchase from him anytime.
I called to have a container moved. He answered the phone unlike other businesses I called. He was very helpful in telling me what was needed. I called again on a Sunday to set it up for Monday. He answered his phone twice on Sunday. We set up for 8 am the next day. He arrived on time like clock work and the process was done in less than an hour. Very professional and great customer service.
