My Daughter and her 15U Hockey Team started going to Best Shift Hockey Company for the 24-25 season. We go every Monday to keep the training and repetition consistent and we have seen amazing results. John is a great instructor demonstrating each individual skill and working with the kids which gets them excited to train. He mixes in hard work and fun and the kids keep wanting to go back.
