My Daughter and her 15U Hockey Team started going to Best Shift Hockey Company for the 24-25 season. We go every Monday to keep the training and repetition consistent and we have seen amazing results. John is a great instructor demonstrating each individual skill and working with the kids which gets them excited to train. He mixes in hard work and fun and the kids keep wanting to go back. Our son started skating and playing hockey a little later than his peers. He started with ice skating lessons and quickly fell in love with the game but was frustrated when he couldn’t keep up with the other kids. My kids have been training at Best Shift, and I highly recommend it. The environment is positive and encouraging, making it easy for players to focus on improving their skills. The coaching staff provides personalized feedback for each player, which has been incredibly beneficial. When the opposing team's coaches approach your daughter expressing how impressed they were with her shooting and game play after games, you cant help but smile and think she got her confidence and skills from Best Shift!
