After calling this company to get picked up on my return trip. I had to wait .50 minutes to get picked up. And to make make matters worth there was another passenger in the vehicle with no mask on. I am a high risk patient and do not appreciate someone else not taking the proper measures to protect my health. Depending on transportation for medical issues is hard enough to encounter this kind of situation during difficult times and not having choices.. I will never use them again.

Worst cab company ever!!!!! Go with yellow cab instead!! We called for a cab they one couldn't even speak good English but told us a cab would be at our condo in 10min. They arrived in 10min they Called us letting us know they were downstairs. We get in the cab and the guy asks us where to we told him Publix. He started to drive and asked us why did a guy pick up the phone and there is no guy with us? It was just 3 women. We told him it wasn't a guy who answered it was us. I can’t begin to thank you enough for your help. Again, I truly appreciate your efforts in my last minute time of need. I walked out of my meeting and the car was waiting at the curb for my ride to FLL Being a 1st time customer I was very impressed. Just great ! on time, friendly and made me felt like we were related. Be sure that I will call on you again and certainly recommend your company to other travel agencies and companies I do business with. The service has been tremendous. Thank you.
