Talked to Beatriz in person she had me signed documents for tax purposes which is fine. She said once they figure out my return they’ll call me.. once she had called me and explained to me my return I said ok let me call back I need a second opinion. I called back 2 weeks later and one of the representatives picked up and I asked if I decided not to do taxes with you guys would you guys refund me my money she said yes.
