I rented from Best Rent a Car from 4/8-4/13. My experience with this rental company was negative. I was texted that my car was ready. When I arrived the car was not ready. They quickly washed and vacuumed the car but the inside had not been wiped down and it smelled like stinky feet. There was a check engine light on and the windshield was cracked. Absolutely amazing place! When I tell you they are very polite and they always get you in and out with no problems, believe it. It doesn’t take long at all to get what you need. I love this place! All the staff is great.
Very friendly staff and easy check in- had to extend a few times and it was seamless.
