If I could go lower than 1 star I would. They are rude, unprofessional and on top of that, they are thieves. They took out items, claiming that it was protocol, but they gave me back the cheaper ones. Horrible people. And that includes Megan
Never had the honor of having my car stolen by this service provider, however one of their operators thought it was a good idea to make accusations and claim he'd rather not use his firearm on a SECURITY GUARD just because the guards patrols interlapped with his UNSCHEDULED thievery. Newsflash bub, you're not the only one that carries, your handgun matters not in a country with other armed citizens 💀 ( I wish that puss woulda said sum to me personally tho )
Lady at the front desk has the worst attitude. Not helpful at all. Rude when I tried to figure out the location of my car, accused me of being rude when I’m just trying to figure out what I have to do to get my vehicle and being spoken to like an idiot. If I could give less stars I would based on her attitude alone.. I get y’all are a tow truck company but cmon man.
