If I could give a 0 star I would. Absolutely the WORST customer service. They are rude, unprofessional and the whole process is INSANE. I believe the GM’s name is Megan. She had an ugly attitude. Also, They tack on so many fees. You have to wait up to 72 hours to CONFIRM an appointment. Provably so they can add more storage fees. You can’t call the location your vehicle is at. Haven’t approved my status for recovery. A purse was left inside, if my belongings are missing, I’m going to need ALL video, employees name, time stamps, and additional information. Update: my purse in FACT came up missing. States it wasn’t in nay pics of my property. BS. Because it’s stolen!!!

Never had the honor of having my car stolen by this service provider, however one of their operators thought it was a good idea to make accusations and claim he'd rather not use his firearm on a SECURITY GUARD just because the guards patrols interlapped with his UNSCHEDULED thievery. Newsflash bub, you're not the only one that carries, your handgun matters not in a country with other armed citizens
