I was very disappointed with the customer care and support provided by Best Rate Parking. THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!! Our flight was delayed and as soon as the plane landed both my husband and I started calling. My first call was at 11:23pm. My husband started calling at 11:15 pm. All we got was a recording with stamens to ment the shuttle (for us) at B12.
