Very careless movers. They left behind some signage (that included my name) and a box of tax documents in the closet -- yet somehow managed to bring over a mirror sitting right next to the signs and everything else from the closet. When I called, mgmt told me "clients should take special care with special items" and was dismissive. They refused to take my calls. I called, texted and emailed a dozen times requesting a refund. They've helped me move many times over the years! Highly recommend! I've only had the best experience with them.
I was satisfied with the workers. The online quoting system was way off. I received four bids And they came in the second lowest. by the time they were done with the move, my quote was doubled because the inaccurate quoting. In my own opinion, I believe so much should come out and see what they’re bidding on. I will not recommend this to anybody and I don’t like writing negative reviews.
