placed a bedroom set on layaway and after paying almost 5k told them I was going to pay retainer off and pay for delivery they told me on the same day they actually could not sell me the item...it was sold to another customer... after taking my money knowing they sold it and will not give me my money back.. decpetive and unethical. Also has told me I can only do a store credit or have a family member or friend come spend some money in the same amount and have them pay me.. so they can still be the one winning is horrible.
