A very accommodating, well-oiled machine. I really appreciated their customer service and getting a special order done for me ASAP!
They promised we would have access to our photos online after 2-3 days. We didn't see anything for almost two weeks, and that was only after multiple phone calls and a written inquiry. The owner promised that he would personally see us through the process and exited the picture shortly thereafter, handing us back to the photographer that initially dropped the ball. We missed the original time to take the pictures for gymnastics. They were very understanding, accommodating and got us in a different day to take the photos. The photographer was great and the pictures took no time at all.
My true rating is Zero Stars. I received the email about my order being ready for pickup and the business hours listed at the bottom of the email. They requested that you call before coming to pick up the order. I attempted Friday and Monday after work and got the same automated message stating they are operating on a limited schedule from 10:30a-3:30p.
