While the 3 hour disembarkation process on the Norwegian Escape was absolute pure torture, parking here (also known as Best of New Orleans Cruise Ship Parking) was a delight. They are very friendly, answer their phones promptly and have a process that's quick and easy. Cars are kept securely and undercover. While, after this experience, I'll never, ever use Norwegian Cruise Lines or the New Orleans cruise terminal again (check out cruise critic), if you are forced to, I highly recommend you leave your car with Machu Picchu.

This is by far your best option for cruise port of New Orleans parking! Significantly reduced rates, very affordable and top notch service! We have used them twice now and never had anything less than the best. The moment we arrived, we were on our way to the port and the moment we docked, they were there to pick us up. Highly recommend to save the hassles and fees of port parking.
