The service was perfect and will be using them again the t next trip our driver was friendly and knowledgeable I just wish I would of caught his name. It's not to far from the actual cruise port so no long trip.

They were absolutely amazing! Kind, helpful, efficient and quick! We never had a worry, and they made it so smooth!
While the 3 hour disembarkation process on the Norwegian Escape was absolute pure torture, parking here (also known as Best of New Orleans Cruise Ship Parking) was a delight. They are very friendly, answer their phones promptly and have a process that's quick and easy. Cars are kept securely and undercover. While, after this experience, I'll never, ever use Norwegian Cruise Lines or the New Orleans cruise terminal again (check out cruise critic), if you are forced to, I highly recommend you leave your car with Machu Picchu.
