Fantastic service from Andrew and the team. Professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Made everything easy from start to finish and was always happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.
The sauna is amazing, the install and the guys that did it were amazing too. The after sales communication is nonexistent. We have a leak in our outdoor sauna and despite calls and texts, have not had it fixed. Now calls and texts are ignored. Great product but customer service for an expensive product is ridiculous.
Why mention opened 24hrs on Saturday and store is actually closed, can anyone update the timings on Website? Travelled all the way for 1hr and see the store is closed. Bad experience!!
