I know several people, including myself, Cory has done loans for over the years. He and his team and process are first class and they are independent and can shop a multitude of banks and investors to get you the most competitive rate and deal. If you want a smooth loan process and a person who can shop many lenders versus trying to go one bank lender at a time to find the best deal, make sure to reach out to Cory and his team.
Cory and his team were efficient and hard-working with my complicated home loan situation due to numerous self-employment jobs and businesses that I have. I'm not a good candidate for a traditional bank because I don't have a regular W-2 position. I even contacted a couple of other mortgage brokers who claimed to be knowledgeable about self-employed individuals and they got nowhere.
