I put $255 down on a 14k gold men's ring with diamonds. I drive long haul truck 42 states. I have never had any problems with them. One time they accused me of saying something negative about one of the employees. I really dont remember what I could have said. I was driving truck and thinking you know, these folks at Best Little nut house are my friends, so I don't know why, I had the money, I skipped a payment. Agreed to purchase a used 14k 9 diamond ring. I put $237 down. Went to work as I run 42 states long haul. Lost track of payment date. I called the pawn shop. Wanted to put $800 more on the ring. Told I forefeited down payment. That was that. No remedy, no refund, no purchase, just swindled.

The customer service was horrible never again am I going back waiting on a manager named Zach to approve a receipt for a sale to me was taking forever him and another employee were high five in for provably ripping someone off made me feel like my money was worthless I ended up canceling my order. Big disappointment they need to act professional.
