Agreed to purchase a used 14k 9 diamond ring. I put $237 down. Went to work as I run 42 states long haul. Lost track of payment date. I called the pawn shop. Wanted to put $800 more on the ring. Told I forefeited down payment. That was that. No remedy, no refund, no purchase, just swindled.
The customer service was horrible never again am I going back waiting on a manager named Zach to approve a receipt for a sale to me was taking forever him and another employee were high five in for provably ripping someone off made me feel like my money was worthless I ended up canceling my order. Big disappointment they need to act professional.
