Amy and Jordan go above and beyond to provide individualized treatments. They both have a calm, confident demeanor and approach. The custom app is great for follow up exercises at home between appointments. We have been so impressed with each encounter and will remain customers for years to come.
I can not recommend this group enough! Came in for terrible neck pain and within days I could tell a difference! This is a “Upgraded Physical Therapy “ group they do so many different neat things. If you haven’t tried them You Should! They not only treaded my issue they helped with a few other issues.
If you are looking for a unicorn PT office I have found it at Best Life PT. Jordan is magical! I have suffered debilitating lower back disc issues for years. I have tried every med, multiple chiropractors and several physicians only to have constant flare ups. Since I started at Best Life, not only is my pain gone, I have learned ways to ease it when it does flare up at home which has decreased drastically!. I love this place so much! After working with so many different practitioners over the years it’s easy to tell when you found the real deal. Both Erin and Amy are amazing to work with! This practice brings so much to the table in a holistic way that really acknowledges the mind-body connection, which has been so important for my healing. Cannot recommend Best Life Physical Therapy enough!
Following a rear-end collision in which I was the victim, I went to Best Life Physical Therapy to help with the neck pain and the physical discomfort I experienced getting behind the wheel of my car. The thoroughly professional and friendly staff were able to assess the problems quickly and begin treatment on the first visit. From there I was pain free in just six weekly sessions after following the exercise protocols prescribed. I have referred and will regularly continue to refer friends and acquaintances to Best Life.
