So much more than standard physical therapy! Erin has an uncanny ability to gently uncover the underlying causes of pain and tightness. I had a constant nagging stiffness in my left hip that wasn’t horrible but just wouldn’t go away. It meant I was uncomfortable when standing or walking for long periods of time. And I love to hike and be outdoors, so this was really gettin in the way of my favorite activities. Jordan has truly saved my body from deteriorating from years of sports. She listens and truly cares for her patients in a way I’ve never seen before. She’s basically family in my life.
A transformative session. From a slip and fall, to landing from standing height, to flat-out on the rock hardwood floor, I was in full body pain that was nearly an ER visit. 1 hour with Erin, a SINGLE session, the days long headaches and Neely overwhelming body ache are all but gone. She is gentle, clear in her explanations of what she is doing and why, and skilled far beyond a regular “physical therapist.” A remarkable experience, I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Today I visited Best Life PT and I was experiencing moderate pain and after an hour having Amy and Jordan working on me I already feel much better.
Jordan and Amy are AMAZING….my first visit I was a bit anxious as to how it would be. Both Amy and Jordan were amazing and I felt at ease with the plan they created. I HIGHLY recommend if you are in need of physical therapy try their office. Their plans and treatments are designed just for you. Not your conventional physical therapy. I have seen great results in just a few weeks.
