After visiting the big retailers and feeling like we were being sold whatever they needed to move, we walked into Best in Beds and the experience was completely different. I’ve never said “yes” so quickly. The team took the time to genuinely understand what we were looking for and recommended a mattress that was truly tailored to our needs and somehow it was still within our budget. Excellent experience from first visit to delivery of my mattress. As many know a mattress purchase is a true investment and Shivani and team were amazing to deal with. Very patient and understanding.
