Lara Smith, Nikki Calderon and Quinton Smith were absolutely amazing with my 92 year old father. They took extra time to make sure all his hearing needs were met. They even fixed his hearing aids when we were told by another company it was not possible. We will definately use them for all of our future needs. Thank you for providing such kind and caring service to your clients!
Quintin helped my mother 6 weeks ago, made no notes in her chart and never followed up. I then got the pleasure of dealing with his extremely unprofessional wife Laura. Who had the audacity to tell me I was asking a rhetorical question. When I was legitimately asking if nothing had been done in that 6 weeks. Also when you try calling the phone it is always busy and not working. Please don't take your loved ones here.
