Quintin helped my mother 6 weeks ago, made no notes in her chart and never followed up. I then got the pleasure of dealing with his extremely unprofessional wife Laura. Who had the audacity to tell me I was asking a rhetorical question. When I was legitimately asking if nothing had been done in that 6 weeks. Also when you try calling the phone it is always busy and not working. Please don't take your loved ones here.
Excellent service and I was able to get in quickly with an appointment
We have had an unusually hard time getting in touch with this place. Once there, service is quite good. Hearing aids seem to work well for my husband.
