Hearing Devices Wonderful office to go to for all of your hearing needs. Great staff. I was able to get an amplified alarm clock and phone within a few days. Office is very nice & I've talked to others who have said they are very satisified with the service they receive there.
Great service I was having difficulty hearing in meetings and hearing high frequency sounds. Dr. Audrey Freeman and Best Hearing Center were very helpful and fit me with hearing aids designed for my type of hearing loss. I was also particularly pleased with the excellent level of customer service I received after the purchase of my aids. I would recommend Best Hearing Center and Dr. Freeman to anyone with a hearing problem.
Great Service I have followed Dr. Freeman for many years and I have struggled with tinnitus and hyperacusis. She was excited to introduce me to a new hearing aid/noise generator device that I'm just getting used to. FINALLY someone who understood what it's like and perserved to help me. I did shop arround the ENT and audiology field and was more frustrated. Dr. Freeman is very knowledgeable, patient and listens to you. I'm very grateful to have her as my audiologist.
Best Hearing I have received top notch service from Best Hearing for a number of years. Dr. Freeman is efficient and friendly, making me feel very comfortable during my appointments. I continue to see Dr Freeman even though it is a 100 mile round trip from my home.
Best Hearing Center I purchase 2 hearing aid from Best Hearing Center in January 2010. I can not say enough about how positive the experience was and how it has continued. I would highly recommend Best Hearing Center to anyone experiencing any hearing difficulties.
Wonderful service Best hearing provides great products, knowledge, and Dr. Freeman is so patient with follow up and getting the devices to work to full capacity. Don't wait until you know your hearing needs attention! You won't believe what you have been missing, sound wise. I am particularly impressed by the on going service tweaks the office has provided. Exceptional care.
Best Hearing Center is kind and helpful My family has told me repeatedly that I have problems hearing. We went to Best Hearing Center in Westmont to find out how my hearing was. I did have some hearing problems, and the lady was very kind and gentle, and went slowly, and explained all the alternatives I could try. They seemed to have our best interests in mind. I would highly recommend Best Hearing if you feel like you may have a hearing problem
