Took my grandmother there for her hearing aids and had a wonderful experience. Joseph was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. A year later we returned for a check up and Joseph did another ear test, repaired a minor bug and updated the aids. Overall excellent customer service during and after the sale! Highly recommend
