Okay folks, this is an update to my first review. I had a hard time with my last ebike. It turns out that it was a bit of a lemon, and the manufacturer does not have the parts that were needed to get my bike functional. After 9 months of problems, the folks at Best E-Bikes did a straight up swap of my bike for a better manufacturer. They were great to work with, and had several bikes to choose from. I plan on going back when I need my next e-bike.
Best Electric Bikes is...the best! So very friendly and helpful. Jean helped my sister overcome her initial fears and we had a great day riding around the city. Conveniently located near both the Platte River and Cherry Creek bike trails, as well as Sloan Lake area. I actually live 2hours away from Denver and purposely chose the night’s Accomidations to be close it this shop. They are extremely knowledgeable, the equipment and ebikes were of very high quality, yet rental prices were very fair. I will definitely be spreading ... read more
