What a joke, every other day they requested more documents, it was never ending, these clowns want more documents than they require for a home mortgage. Stay away, your just waisting your time
Applied for a loan. Got approved. Damien was assigned to my file. POA needed notorized, my wife and I are currently in different states, this was mentioned multiple times. After jumping through notary hoops, twice. Damien still denied me as my notary was not on the same state and county as my wifes notary. I spent hundreds getting to and from town and on notarys. Absolutely horrible experience applying for a loan. I had an outstanding approval odds on credit karma so I applied. They required i submit a Checking account bank statement. I submitted it and they responded saying they needed a Checking account bank statement. I submitted another one and had no response so I had to call and submit it again while they were on the line.
