Called on a Monday and talked with the owner about needing window coverings at my new home, she had just returned from vacation and would update her calendar and get back to me. Never did. 3 weeks later I called and left a message. No return call. I guess they don’t need or want my business for some reason. UPDATE: she called and left a message after this review was posted but I already went somewhere else. Too late.
Julie provides prompt, professional, friendly service. We absolutely love our window treatment she helped us with. She came to our place to help us choose the perfect option for a warm, ‘full-sun’ room and the blind is perfect. She knows what she’s doing and does it well!
Julie and her team are the best at what they do. Of the many options in the Branson area, her and Best Dressed Windows are the only one to consider. Highly recommend!
