This company shipped me a door that I bought through another company that has since gone bankrupt. I need specifications on design and engineering., In December 2018 I purchased a wood panel, wind rated door from BBX Doors. When the door arrived it had been constructed and shipped from Best Deal Millworks under BBX estimate 1481. First and foremost he came to take measurements for a custom door and took a down payment with no contract so when we called less than an hour later to cancel our order he refuses to cancel our order. We picked a glass for the door and when it came in it was a different door, he charged us $1600 for cheap material. He sent the guy with the door to pick up the rest of the payment and the owner specifically gave instructions for the payment to be CASH. Which is very shady in itself.
