One of your employees forgot to book an appointment for another customer. So instead of telling my son and I that he is going to let this customer go ahead of us. He continues to let use sit there another 10-12 minutes. So now we are almost 40 minutes into waiting when I was quoted 20 minutes. Then your employee proceeds to come tell me this gentleman is going ahead of us. That would have been fine if he would of told this to us 10-12 minutes earlier when he decided this! I bring my 13 year old grandson here to have Jennifer Mara cut his hair. Jennifer is WONDERFUL & always does an excellent job! She always lets his 7 year old little sister "assist", which is beyond sweet. I highly recommend this Best Cuts & Jennifer.
Great place!! My daughter & grandson both had appts. Their hair looks awesome. Hannah is amazing. Nice, sweet, and always does a fabulous job.
