Very happy with Larry Levine & Best Cruises. Larry booked two cruises for us so far this year. The first on NCL Breakaway to Bermuda at Easter and the second, this past week on Victory Cruise Line for a Great Lakes cruise. Quite different cruises as NCL Breakaway had 4800 passengers and Victory Cruise Lines, Victory 1 had 180 passengers. BEST CRUISES is a great place to book a cruise. They are very client oriented and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of cruising. I have booked 14 cruises with them and each was better than the previous one. I have dealt with Larry Levine on each occasion. He is a fantastic travel representative. On those rare occasions when there was an issue with the cruise company, Larry stepped up and got it resolved immediately. Cannot say enough about Larry and BEST CRUISES!
I went on a two-week Heart of Alaska cruise tour with a friend of mine and the trip was really wonderful! Larry Levine from Best Cruises was a huge help to me in planning and booking the trip and he provided me with a lot of great information. It was always a pleasure to talk to him! I had dreamed for decades about going to Alaska and finally actually went. Alaska is spectacularly beautiful!! It truly was a dream vacation, and I highly recommend the Heart of Alaska Custom Tour offered by Best Cruises!
Just got back from my 2 week Alaska land/cruise. Our tour director Randi was absolutely amazing. She had everything organized and had clear communication during our 6 days on land. We did not have to worry about anything. The hotels, dinner reservations, and transportation were all taken care of each day. When I booked our trip, Patti who handled my reservation was amazing during the entire process. Responded in a timely manner and sent follow-up emails before our journey. I’ve had travel agents int he past and I’ve also booked a lot of trips myself but since I’ve found Randi and Best Cruises, I won’t be using any other agencies! Randi and Jeff are so very easy to work with and care about our travel needs every step of the way. Randi checks on us broker leaving on a trip and when we return. I know I have someone knowledgeable monitoring our travel and that she can help out if there are any issues with travel.
