I’ve never used this service and I wouldn’t if I had any choice. I was behind a driver today and he swerved into every lane on the road, was stopped at every single GREEN light, and seemed deaf to honking horns. When I called the company to report it, it took three phone calls to get through and when someone finally answered, I explained the situation and was told to “calm down.” Instead, I’ll be reaching out to authorities, as this business fails to care for the well being of fellow humans.
