I can’t begin to thank Juan & Karen for the recent phenomenal care they provided my dad. The entire staff went above & beyond to provide excellent care. Even my dad said how refreshing to push the call button and someone comes immediately and helps him. My dad was in and out of hospitals and his last hospital stay doctors said he needed 24/7 care which I was unable to provide. His room had a great view. The house was very clean and comfortable. As one would expect it is very stressful and emotionally draining if/when your loved one reaches a point in their life that it becomes necessary to rely on a group home to care for them. When my father reached that point in his life, we were extremely lucky to have had Best Choice recommended to our family by his hospice care. I was a resident at Best Choice for nearly two years. The owners are a married couple named Karen and Juan Valle. If you have a Loved one who is in a hospice situation, I would highly recommend Karen as a person who will watch out for your family member and provide tender, genuine love and care. Karen will go the extra mile to make sure that the caregivers are providing good care, when she goes home after her day at work.
