1⭐️ because you can't give a 0.Started good, turned sour. They borrowed her wheelchair, loaned her one that severely injured her arm, applied band-aid, brother had to take her to E.R. next day. Several trips to E.R for dehydration. Gave a known thief a key to her room who stole tons of mom's stuff. I finally had to move her to SNF for better care.
