The facility is trash . As soon as I came in and greeted April .. she wouldn’t even greet back . I came in for an interview .. and found out through a patient what was going on with the interview & the reason why I had to wait for a hour without no one speaking to me and communicating with me to set something else up. I called to see if I could reschedule and was told they weren’t even hiring anymore because if I wanted the job I would have stayed. I am very pleased with the experience of having to place my mother for help with her elder care. It can be difficult at times to reach the administrator, Donya, but her assistant, April picks up the difference. They keep me informed of her needs which is essential since Mother no longer has family nearby.

My son was at this facility, He was a bit difficult when he first got there he went from being a member of Society to being paralyzed on the left side of his body due to a mechanical aortic valve replacement that he had July 18, from the director, Donia to the coordinator Madison and Sara, one of the nurses and all the other staff that worked with him they did an amazing job. I can’t even thank them enough for everything that they did for my son again thank you ladies for everything that you have done for him.

As a case manager who frequents a number of ALFs, this particular one is a real gem. It'll become clear why, when you meet the administrator, Donya Cloud & her hand picked staff. It's immaculately clean, and you will feel like family once you get to know the Staff. My testimony for this facility was so strong, I placed one of my own loved ones there as a resident. He loves it there & has been welcomed by the staff & all the residents like family. It's easy to see why they are generally at full capacity.
