Great store, very helpful staff
I went into the Best Buy in Roseville with high hopes, but the experience was honestly terrible. I was just trying to buy a simple modem/router combo. I don’t know much about technology, so I expected some basic help. The employee at the front sent me to the wrong area, and after walking around confused, I ended up finding the section myself but had no idea what I was supposed to be looking for. Bought a “smart” tv online for a Christmas present. The tv hooked up one time to the internet before it would never connect again. Brought it back to the nearest Best Buy (an hour away) January 16. We were told it’s a day late and they could only offer store credit. Couldn’t give us a cash refund like we requested.
