Paid to have my tv mounted and they never showed up to the appointment. No call no show, when a customer took their whole day off to be there from 7am-7pm. Went into the store was told someone would call to schedule a sooner date and that never happened either. Called customer service and they are useless. Poorly run business in regards to service, follow ups and scheduling.
Amazing services especially when you call they are very patient and are happy to help you shoutout to Vincent at SW 27th ave in Ocala
At the ocala location I went in to look for a camera, the 5 associates that went by me never said a word. No customer service, no sale, Good bye. The one in Gainesville hooked me up, I will always drive further for the better customer service.
