Had what i went for and it was painless!
Tried to call Ocala store 5 times everytime I get rerouted to call center in another part of the world only to be told they can't help me or to go to store in person. The call center did say they would have the local store call me which they never did. So I drive 45 minutes to the store only to be told I couldn't pick up my order because I had it ordered to be shipped. Calling the Ocala store. The call is re-routed to some foreign place. The representative says that Best Buy no longer takes calls post Covid. There is absolutely no way to call the store- I was advised to drive to the store. The store is in Florida, I'm in NC.
