Nick the manager was very unhelpful. Ordered a TV online, Best Buy told me to drive to Ocala location to pickup the TV. Nick was unable to navigate his own computer system to process the transaction. Told me I would have to wait up to 8 days for them to process it for delivery. Would not recommend this store for online pickups.

Went there today for a great deal on a TV and Sebastian helped me process purchasing my TV. I did my homework on which TV to get so I already knew what I wanted but Sebastian did a great job making the sale. Funny, friendly and knowledgeable.
